We hope that you are completely happy when your order arrives however, should that not be the case, we have made our returns policy as painless as possible.
In the case of non-personalised items:
You have the right to cancel your order and return your item within 14 days from the date of your order for a full refund less shipping charge.
Simply contact us stating your order number and reason for the return. We will contact you and initiate the return procedure.
If the product is in the condition that we sent it to you, we will then issue a full refund, minus any delivery charges that we incurred. Your refund will be by the same method of payment that you used to place your order.
Items that have been personalised or body jewellery such as earrings are exempt from this returns policy and can only be returned if the product is faulty or does not match its description.
In this unlikely situation we will refund the price of the product in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, we will also refund reasonable costs you have incurred in returning the Product to us. Please be aware you will be required to produce a photo or receipt showing the delivery charge that you have paid in returning your item.
